I donโt eat vegetarian all the time, but I end up making meatless meals way more often than I probably realize. Theyโre just easier, most of the ingredients are already in my kitchen, they come together fast, and I donโt need a big plan to make something good. And if youโve followed me for any amount of time, you probably know Iโve got several vegetarian family members, so Iโm always thinking about meals that will work for everyone at the table.
Iโm also pretty determined to make those meals taste just as good as anything with meat, not like a โless thanโ version. Honestly, a lot of the time these are the dishes everyone goes back for, not just the vegetarians.
