Challenge Period
Each Chelseaโs Messy Apron Cooking Challenge runs for one month. The โEntry Periodโ begins at 12:00 a.m. MT on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of the month. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible for the challenge held during that month.
How to Enter
Main Entry:
- Visit www.chelseasmessyapron.com.
- Prepare and try any recipe published on the website.
- Leave a review on the recipe post using a valid email address.
Each recipe review submitted during the Entry Period counts as one entry. Multiple unique recipe reviews are allowed for additional entries; however, only one review per recipe will be counted as an entry.
Bonus Entry:
Prepare, try, and review the Bonus Recipe(s) of the Month (announced on the Cooking Challenge page) to receive one additional entry into the Giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to participate. As an alternate way to enter, you can mail a handwritten note or postcard with your full name, email address, and the name of the challenge to 165 E 900 N #1472, Spanish Fork, UT 84660. Your postcard or note must be received by the end of the Entry Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
Winner Selection
At the end of each challenge, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified via the email address used for their recipe review within one (1) week of the Giveawayโs close. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected at Chelseaโs Messy Apronโs discretion.
Prize
Unless otherwise stated, the monthly prize is either one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card, sent electronically to the winner, OR a product or other prize chosen by Chelseaโs Messy Apron.
Chelseaโs Messy Apron reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.ย
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to U.S. residents age 18 and older, residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
This Giveaway is not affiliated with or supported by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, or Amazon.
Odds of Winning
The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winnerโs Responsibilities
The winner is responsible for any prize-related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Substitution of the prize is not permitted, except at Chelseaโs Messy Apronโs sole discretion.
Publicity Release
By entering this Giveaway, you grant Chelseaโs Messy Apron a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your first name, city and state, social media handle, and/or comments of your made recipe for promotional purposes across Chelseaโs Messy Apronโs website, email list, and social media channels, without additional compensation or notice.
Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that do not adhere to these official rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Chelseaโs Messy Apron. Any attempt to submit multiple reviews under different identities or email addresses, or to otherwise tamper with the Giveaway process, will result in disqualification.
Cancellation/Modification
Chelseaโs Messy Apron reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the challenge at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or any factor beyond Chelseaโs Messy Apronโs control. In such cases, Chelseaโs Messy Apron may select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the event.
Release and Indemnification
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Chelseaโs Messy Apron, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
