Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
Slice the entire block of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls attached. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
Coarsely chop the pork into bite-sized pieces. Toss with BBQ sauce in a large bowl until well-coated.
Assemble Sliders: Lay 6 slices of cheese over the bottom buns. Evenly spread the BBQ pork on top. Top with the remaining 6 slices of cheese. Do not add the top buns yet. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Remove the pan from the oven and place the top half of the buns over the cheese. Pour and brush the melted butter generously over the tops and sides. It’s okay if some butter pools at the bottom; this makes the base extra crisp and flavorful. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if using.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve hot, cutting into individual sliders.

Notes
Note 1: Use leftover pork from this BBQ pork sandwich recipe or chicken from this BBQ chicken recipe. Otherwise, buy prepared BBQ pork, beef, or chicken from the store.Note 2: Use a good BBQ sauce you love or this homemade one.Note 3: Nothing beats this amazing Kerrygold® garlic butter! However, a homemade blend of 7 tablespoons butter mixed with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper will do the trick.Storage: These sliders are best served fresh when the rolls are crisp and the cheese is perfectly melted.
