These Chicken Bacon Avocado Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal! Filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and an irresistible sauce, they’re easy to whip up in just 20 minutes!
Once the chicken is cooked, dice it and measure to get 2 cups.
Prepare bacon and dice it up (see note 2).
Juice the lemon to get 1 teaspoon juice. In a large bowl, combine the juice with all the dressing ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Add prepared chicken, bacon, and diced avocado to the bowl with the dressing. Gently stir until ingredients are evenly coated. If you find you’d like it a bit creamier, add another scoop of mayo. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
Lay out 4 tortillas. Top each with a washed and dried piece of lettuce. Divide the filling mixture evenly among the wraps. Roll up tightly and enjoy promptly.

Notes
Note 1: You can use any type of cooked chicken in these wraps, such as grilled, roasted, or breaded chicken. My favorite is Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips.Note 2: You can also use pre-cooked bacon to save time or try my hack for baking bacon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a metal cooling rack on top of an extra-large sheet pan with raised sides; lightly grease with cooking spray. Place slices of bacon in an even layer on top of the cooling rack. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and let bacon cool. Chop into small pieces to use in these wrapsStorage: For best taste, enjoy these wraps the same day they’re made, as the avocado will brown over time. If you won’t finish them all at once, leave the avocado out and add it to individual wraps as you eat. For on-the-go meals, pack the filling and tortillas separately and assemble just before eating to avoid sogginess.
