This Blackberry Basil Pizza is one of my favorites! It may sound like a unique combo, but it’s based on a local restaurant’s recipe and is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tried!
Preheat oven according to your pizza dough instructions. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and sprinkle cornmeal evenly over the pan, tapping off any excess.
Spread pizza dough onto the pan, forming a 12-inch round.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Top with thin slices of mozzarella, then bunch up and evenly distribute prosciutto and halved blackberries. Sprinkle pistachios over the top, and if desired, grate Parmesan (just eyeball it, a light sprinkle over the entire pizza).
Follow pizza dough instructions for the correct baking time.
Once pizza is baked, remove it from oven. Drizzle with olive oil and top with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes
Toppings: Don’t overload the pizza to avoid a soggy crust.Storage: Best enjoyed fresh. To reheat, use a skillet for a crispy crust or the oven at 350°F for about 7 minutes. The microwave works in a pinch, though the crust won’t be as crisp.
