Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, Parmesan, and parsley until smooth and well combined.
Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the surface.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
