Halloween Popcorn is the perfect spooky snack! With freshly popped popcorn, creamy white chocolate, crunchy M&M’s, and festive Oreos, it’s a fun and delicious treat for any Halloween party!
Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil, parchment, or a silicone liner. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add popcorn, removing any un-popped kernels (see note 3). Coarsely chop Halloween Oreos into 8 pieces each. Add chopped Oreos and M&M’s to the popcorn.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Pour melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture. Quickly mix with a spatula until evenly coated.
Spread coated popcorn onto the prepared sheet pan in an even layer. Let it harden at room temperature or in the fridge. Once set, break into bite-sized pieces.

Notes
Note 1: For convenience, use pre-popped popcorn—it’s pricier but easy. If you prefer homemade, I recommend lightly salted plain popcorn packets or popping kernels yourself (using a popcorn machine or stovetop). You’ll need 8 cups. If using unsalted popcorn, add a pinch of salt for flavor balance.Note 2: If you can’t find Halloween editions, use classic Oreos and regular M&M’s. Select colors like orange and green or orange and yellow to keep the Halloween vibe.Note 3: To remove un-popped kernels, place popcorn in a large bowl, cover with a cooling rack, flip it over, and shake. The un-popped kernels will fall out, leaving just the popped pieces. Continue with the recipe using this popcorn.Storage:Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within 1–2 days.
