This Honey Butter Recipe is a creamy mix of rich butter, sweet honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt, so good on homemade bread or dinner rolls!
In the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment (or use a hand mixer), combine all ingredients. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Serve immediately in a small dish, optionally drizzling with extra honey. Alternatively, refrigerate for later use (see storage below).

Notes
Note 1: Softened butter should be slightly cool to the touch and hold its shape when poked. Cut into cubes and let sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes to 1 hour to soften quickly. For a faster method, microwave for 8 seconds, flip, then microwave for another 8 seconds. Watch carefully to prevent melting.Storage: For refrigeration, transfer the butter onto parchment paper or plastic wrap, roll into a log, and chill in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month or at room temperature for up to 1 week.Freezing: Roll butter into a log on parchment paper or plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Transfer to a freezer-safe container, label, and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
