No-Bake Granola is the ultimate quick snack—ready in 15 minutes, no oven required! Customize it with your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or dried cranberries.
In a small, microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
Add in all the other ingredients except the mix-ins. Mix until combined. It’s thick and messy at first, but just keep stirring until a good consistency is formed. You may need to lightly knead the mixture with your hands and then crumble to form granola crumbles.
Add in any mix-ins of choice and stir through, then crumble the granola.
