Tiger Butter Fudge tastes like a fancy candy shop treat, with creamy chocolate peanut butter swirls, but it’s secretly just four ingredients and a quick microwave melt.
Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment. Leave an overhang for easy removal.
Add white chocolate chips and 3/4 cup peanut butter to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir for 30 seconds, then continue microwaving in 15-second bursts, stirring for 15 seconds between each burst, until mostly melted. Keep stirring until fully smooth without overheating the chocolate. Pour into the prepared pan.
Add semi-sweet chips, milk chocolate chips, and the remaining 2 tablespoons peanut butter to another microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then continue heating in 15-second bursts, stirring well after each one, until mostly melted. Stop microwaving once the chips are mostly melted to avoid overheating, and stir until smooth. Drizzle over the white chocolate layer and swirl with a table knife. Chill 30 to 60 minutes until firm.
Using the overhang, lift the block of fudge from the pan. Warm a sharp knife under hot water, dry it, then make a decisive cut. Rinse, dry, and repeat for clean, even squares. Cut into small pieces and serve.

Notes
Note 1: Since chocolate is the main ingredient, use high-quality white, milk, and semi-sweet chocolate. Lower-grade chocolate often contains fillers (like wax), which can give the fudge an odd flavor and texture.Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge; they soften quickly at room temperature. Store for up to 1 week.
