Add yogurt to a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon. Add berries on top, then granola, nuts, and finally chia seeds if desired (see note 1). Add a drizzle of sweetener on top if desired. Enjoy immediately.

Note 1: Chia seeds are very healthy, but they absorb liquid quickly. If you’re going to add chia seeds to Yogurt Bowls, do so right before serving.Storage: Store yogurt and toppings separately to keep everything fresh. Assemble fresh bowls when ready to eat!
