Ingredients

|---|---|
| Boneless skinless chicken thighs | Thighs stay juicy and flavorful. Chicken breast can dry out quickly in bite-sized pieces try my baked chicken breast recipe. |
| Olive oil | Helps the seasoning stick and encourages browning in the oven. Avocado oil works. |
| Paprika, garlic powder & onion powder | These pantry spices build the savory base flavor and add great color. |
| Brown sugar | Just a small amount balances the spices and helps the chicken caramelize. |
| Cornstarch | The secret ingredient that helps create a lightly crisp exterior. |
