Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Time to add a fruity twist to the frozen yogurt lineupโright alongside my Vanilla and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, meet this Strawberry Frozen Yogurt!
Itโs tart, sweet, and seriously hard to stop at just one bowl. And the best part? Itโs easy to makeโespecially with a blender and ice cream maker doing most of the work.
This is the perfect base for all your favorite fro-yo toppings. I love adding fresh fruit, but itโs also fun to set up a topping bar for a party with friends or family!

Ingredients
With just a few ingredients in this Strawberry Frozen Yogurt, each one matters! Here are my notes and suggestions.
- Yogurt: Use a vanilla bean yogurt you like plainโNoosaยฎ is my favorite. Skip low-fat; it doesnโt freeze as well.
- Heavy cream: Needed for the right textureโdonโt use milk instead.
- Frozen strawberries: Work best for a quicker freeze. Fresh is fine, but frozen is better.
- Lemon juice: Adds brightness and brings out the strawberry flavor.
- Vanilla and salt: Make the flavor better and balance the sweetness.
- Sugar: Add to your taste depending on how sweet your yogurt and berries are. Taste before freezing.

Toppings For This frozen yogurt recipe
- Sauces: Try raspberry syrup, strawberry syrup, a drizzle of honey or agave nectar, whipped cream.
- Fruit: Bananas, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple all work on strawberry frozen yogurt!
- Crunches:ย Add granola, Fruity Pebblesยฎ, Captain Crunchยฎ cereal.
- Others: Coconut flakes, cheesecake cubes, sprinkles, white chocolate chips add special touches.
Quick Tip
If youโre adding frozen fruit, dice it finely and stir it into the ice cream maker once the yogurt is fairly firmed up โ this helps integrate the fruit nicely into the yogurt.
