In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add the Nutella and beat until fully combined.
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, or in a separate bowl using a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture using a spatula. Fold just until fully combined and smooth. Do not over-mix.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Arrange fruit and dippers around the bowl. For easy serving, skewer small berries with toothpicks. Enjoy!

Notes
Note 1: To soften cream cheese, remove from packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 15 seconds, flip, then microwave another 10 to 15 seconds until softened but not melted. Time will vary by microwave.Note 2: I love serving this dip with fresh strawberries, pretzels, cookies (Oreos, Milanos, or homemade chocolate-chip), graham crackers, and marshmallows.Storage: Store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. If separation occurs, stir gently to recombine.
